Job Overview & Responsibilities
The Level 1 Administrative Assistant provides vital administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role involves scheduling meetings with leadership and other administrative staff, preparing documents and reports, and managing office supply inventory.
Supporting the Assembly & Test team, this Administrative Assistant will coordinate closely with both hourly personnel and salaried leaders. Key responsibilities include scheduling travel, preparing and tracking expense reports using online tools, resolving reporting issues, and collaborating with other administrative staff and the Finance team to manage travel logistics and balance workloads.
Additional duties include greeting visitors, performing data entry tasks, and assisting team members as needed to maintain high productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or some college coursework in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, multifunction devices).
- Experience with additional software applications (e.g., expense reporting tools, project management tools).
- Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette.
